The CPUC released a partial decision on the Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) program.

The decision approves the CEC’s program for State budgetary purposes and delays a decision on the three IOU’s pending additional information, specifically on disadvantaged community strategies. Staff will develop details on a new Policy + Innovation Coordination Group that will be funded through the existing administrative budget provided to the CPUC (0.5% of EPIC overall budget – $550M for 2018-2020).
